Shipping

Shipping (international – except USA + UAE)

All prices are ex works Moers (Germany). Shipping costs for all countries (except the US + UAE) are calculated individually and may vary widely depending on country and article; so any shipment costs cannot be calculated by us if the order has been performed online. The additional shipment costs are communicated by us together with the order confirmation and will be charged separately.

Shipping (USA)

All pricesare displayed in US$ and are ex warehouse Boca Raton, Florida. All further shipping costs in the US are calculated individually and may vary widely depending on country and article; so any shipment costs cannot be calculated by us if the order has been performed online. The additional shipment costs are communicated by us together with the order confirmation and will be charged separately.

 Shipping (UAE)

All prices are displayed in AED and include all costs for delivery and installation.

Methods of payment (international)

For safety and comfortable purchase we offer our international customers the following methods of payment:

1. Payment in advance

You can pay your order by payment in advance. If you choose this method of payment, please transfer the total amount of your order within 7 calendar days to the bank account specified below. During this period your ordered product will be reserved by our logistics. If the receipt of payment has been taken place in due time we will confirm the successful accounting transaction and prepare your order for shipment.
